Today, Rebecca continues to represent individuals who have been charged with crimes, cited with traffic violations, or who are fighting against or trying to obtain restraining orders. Rebecca also represents clients seeking to establish guardianship and parents who want to pursue termination of parental rights and stepparent adoptions.

Rebecca and her staff realize how important a client’s legal fight is to them and they are responsive to client calls and keeping clients informed about their cases.

Rebecca served as Guardian ad Litem in Winnebago County Circuit Court Branch 5 for 11 years from 2006-2017. Since 2017, Rebecca’s role as Guardian ad Litem in Family Court matters has increased considerably covering Winnebago, Waushara, and Fond du Lac Counties. In this role, Rebecca diligently  investigates family circumstances so that she can make recommendations to the court that represent what is best for the children whose interests she is assigned to represent.

Being a strong advocate for children, Rebecca also represents foster parents and guardians involved in the court system.

Rebecca practices throughout Northeast Wisconsin in Winnebago, Outagamie, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Waushara, Calumet, Brown, Waupaca, and Shawano Counties.

Rebecca received her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University in 2000 and was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in May of 2000. For the first six years of her career Rebecca worked with the Office of the Public Defender in Waukesha, Winnebago, and Waushara Counties.
